Beta LaserMike is the premier developer of laser based micrometer measuring systems. Beta's products range from the popular ZMike and BenchMike products for measuring parts and certifying gages to the on-line production environment solutions like the AccuScan and CenterScan.

ZMike and BenchMike products are ideal for the QC lab environment. These gages are small enough to be relocated with minimal effort. Operator interfaces include PC with software that can be networked or analog displays with intuitive setup and function. Beta LaserMike also has a broad selection of modular fixturing and work holding ideas.

Z-Mike Precision Dimension Measurement Systems Z-Mike bench-top dimensional measurement systems provide fast, accurate, and repeatable measurement of parts. This laser measurement device does not touch the product, thereby eliminating part distortion and operator influence which can affect measurements. The Z-Mike gauges can either be used in a Quality Control (QC) laboratory or on the plant floor to measure a range of part types and part dimensions. Dimension measurements include diameter, multiple ODs, TIR, taper, and part position. The Z-Mike gauges are available in four different models and provide a measurement range of 0.001 to 2.0 in. (0.0254 to 50 mm) with linearity accuracy as low as ±0.000020 in.

BenchMike Bench-top Product Dimension Measurement System BenchMike from Beta LaserMike provides fast and accurate dimensional measurement of cut product samples. Used in either a Quality Control (QC) laboratory or on the plant floor, BenchMike give operators a simple and repeatable system for measuring product samples and immediately knowing whether they meet specifications within tolerances of less than 1 micron (0.000040 in.). Beta LaserMike offers two BenchMike sizes to meet your specific measurement needs.

AccuScan Diameter & Ovality Measurement Systems AccuScan systems from Beta LaserMike provide on-line precision measurements of the diameter and ovality of cables. Using laser scanning technology, AccuScan systems are able to perform diameter measurements in an intelligent gauge head during production and communicate those measurements to a host system or controller. Measurments can be made in multiple planes to give you a true analysis of size and form.
